Asus gave Transformer Pad TF300 users a surprising treat last Saturday when it began rolling out the tablet’s Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean update. But those of us the other side of the Atlantic quickly discovered we weren’t part of the action. Thankfully, that Jelly Bean update is now making its way to the United Kingdom.

Asus announced the release on its official Facebook page for the U.K. earlier today, so it should be arriving on your device any time now if it hasn’t already. In addition to improvements to pre-installed apps, the company is promising new power saving options, global file search, and of course everything else that comes with Google’s latest software, including Google Now, Project Butter, and more.

Asus also promised that Jelly Bean updates for other devices in the Transformer Pad series would be “announced in due course.”
