Just this past weekend we published a story that highlighted the leaked front panel of the iPhone 5, but now we’re being treated to a video that compares several of the iPhone 5 components with the existing iPhone 4S parts. The guide in the video, provided by mobile repair company SmartPhone Medic, takes us through a tour first starting by comparing the front panel of the iPhone 5 to the iPhone 4S and the Galaxy S III. Then he shows the differences in the flex cables, including the new 9-pin dock connector and tweaked headphone jack (it’s on the bottom of the phone this time around).
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen the device compared to the Galaxy S III on video, but last time it was just a render. We know that none of this is official until Apple finally unveils the iPhone 5 on Sept. 12, but at this point we’re pretty convinced this is exactly what it’s going to look like.
