Samsung Teases Galaxy Note II Unveiling In New Video

Samsung is set to announce something special on August 29 in Berlin, and we all have a good idea what it might be: the Galaxy Note II. Further strengthening our theory is a new Samsung video that teases the handset’s big unveiling later this month.

Like previous Galaxy Note promotional videos, the 40-second clip above — which was published on Samsung’s official YouTube channel this week — is focused on creativity. It shows off the handset’s S Pen, and teases “all the things you can do in the blink of an eye with such a small and light thing.”

The video features Wim Wenders, director of the film Wings of Desire, and ends with the tagline: “On August 29th, in Berlin, your magical moments will come alive.”

Samsung still hasn’t confirmed that the Galaxy Note II will be the star of the show, but that’s beginning to look increasingly obvious. What isn’t quite so obvious at this point is what the handset will offer. Recent rumors have claimed it will sport a larger 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display, a 1.6GHz quad-core Samsung Exynos processor, 2GB of RAM, and an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera.

Are you excited yet?
