OTA Update Center Simplifies Custom ROM Updates for Android Developers

If you’re an Android fan, there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing the words “software update available” flash across your screen. Unfortunately, if you’re a custom ROM user, this experience might not be quite as common. That’s all about to change.

A powerful new tool called the OTA Update Center makes it easier for Android developers to push over-the-air (OTA) software updates to their custom ROM users.

In the past, developers could use services such as ROM Manager or Goo.im Manager, but they still had to host software files on their own servers. Likewise, they needed to create the custom OTA code for each ROM.  OTA Update Center eliminates those issues by providing developers with file hosting and pre-configured code that will add OTA support to a ROM. It’s like a one-stop shop to OTA heaven.

If you’re a member of an Android development community looking to expand its support, then we suggest that you check out OTA Update Center by visiting the source link below. We’re pretty sure that your user base will thank you.
