Microsoft opened registration for its Build 2012 developer event on Wednesday. Much to the software giant’s satisfaction, discounted early bird registration has completely sold out, but fear not, interested parties can still register. In addition to opening the floodgates to eager developers, Microsoft used this opportunity to unveil its new Windows Phone logo.
This modest change follows suit with the company’s recent efforts to clean up its product branding. From the looks of things, Microsoft appears to be color-coding its logos, with Windows 8 being blue, Windows Phone being red, Office being orange and its Xbox platform being green.
Build is scheduled to run from October 30 through November 2, and the passes were available for $2,095. If you’re an aspiring Windows developer looking to join in on the festivities, then be sure to visit the source link to register.
