Microsoft is on schedule for its October 26th Windows 8 launch. Two trustworthy sources from Tested, Will Smith and Norm Chan, recently revealed on Twitter that Microsoft has released its Windows 8 operating system to manufacturing (RTM)  — one of the final steps before the operating system hits markets and one that is necessary so that manufacturers can launch systems with the new OS at the same time of launch. In addition, Microsoft will reportedly provide access to the final build of Windows 8 to developers who subscribe to MSDN on August 15th.
