Verizon Wireless’ Budget-Friendly Pantech Star Q 4G LTE Revealed

Largely known for its roster of high-end smartphones, Verizon hasn’t forgotten about its more frugal customers. An anonymous tipster has shared images and details about the carrier’s upcoming budget friendly Pantech Star Q 4G LTE with the AndroidandMe.

Suspected to be priced at $99 on contract, the Star Q features a 4-inch WVGA display, a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, a 3-megapixel rear-facing camera, a five row full QWERTY keyboard and Android 4.0.4.

This entry-level handset may not be a game changer, but it could possibly be a decent starter phone for a younger family member on your new shared data plan.
