Users Report Error Messages While Downloading OS X Mountain Lion

It appears that more than just a few people who are trying to download Apple’s latest OS X Mountain Lion operating system, which was released today for $19.99, are running into a speed bump. 9to5Mac said several of its readers are reporting that an error message has been popping up that states: “This item is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.”

We’re guessing that Apple’s servers are getting slammed with download requests, causing the error pictured above. Are you experiencing this issue? If you’ve already installed Mountain Lion, let us know some of your favorite new features below.
