Google Releases First Nexus 7 Commercial Entitled “Camping” [Video]

As predicted, Google’s $199 Nexus 7 tablet has gotten off to a hugely successful start. Despite reports of lifted displays and dead pixels, the device is selling like hot cakes, and is quickly becoming sold out through both Google Play and third-party retailers.

And Google isn’t about to let that demand die down, either. The company has now released the Nexus 7’s first commercial — which you can watch above — entitled “Camping.”

The one-minute clip demonstrates a number of the tablet’s features and applications. We see the Nexus 7 running Google Earth and Google Maps, playing movies, displaying books, and… acting as a flashlight.

What do you think of the Nexus 7’s first commercial?
