Alleged “Juggernaut Alpha” Running Windows Phone 8 Gets Benchmarked

Windows Phone 8 is set to arrive this fall, and it appears that devices are already being put to the test. A device bearing the brutish moniker of “Juggernaut Alpha” has been listed on Windows Phone benchmarking app WP Bench’s website.

The mysterious device’s alleged benchmark results are almost double the speeds of the once reigning HTC Titan. If this rumored device is true, it’s likely that it’s packing some type of multi-core processor.

If this is accurate to what we can expect from Windows Phone 8, then we can’t wait to see what else manufacturers bring to Microsoft’s mobile platform later this year.
