Hulu Updates Web Player with New Features

Hulu Player update 7-12

It’s good to see in this increasingly mobile world that the Web aspects of a service are not being ignored.

Hulu announced via its company blog this weekend that new features were being introduced to its Web player. Some of the new tools users will have at their disposal include an automatic 10-second rewind and the ability to see more info about the video you are watching when you pause it such as the name and how much time is left in it.

A totally new feature called “Up next” will allow you to browse for more videos inside the player without pausing what you are currently watching so you can move seamlessly to the next one you wish to use.

Hulu made another update to the player this past March, so it appears that the streaming service is not wasting time on making sure to keep their service as fresh as possible.
