Remember the Samsung Jasper (SCH-I200) that appeared on the Bluetooth SIG website back in April? Well we now know what it looks like thanks to a leaked image that has appeared on Twitter.
The accompanying tweet also provided a brief rundown of the handset’s specifications, according to The Verge, and they’re in line with those we saw earlier.
In addition to its WVGA (800 x 480) display, the Jasper features a high-end Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 processor, which can also be found in the U.S. variants of the HTC One X and the Samsung Galaxy S III — both of which are flagship Android handsets.
It also boasts 4G LTE connectivity, and according to the image, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with Samsung’s latest TouchWiz user interface. It also appears to have a dedicated multitasking key in place of the traditional search button, and a front-facing camera.
Despite its high-end processor, the Jasper is expected to be a mid-range device, as the rest of its specifications will tell you. As yet, we don’t know when the handset will get its official unveiling, but it looks like that could happen soon.
