Samsung Galaxy S Blaze Q Passes Through the FCC, Next Stop T-Mobile

The T-Mobile bound Galaxy S Blaze Q has made its way through the FCC under its given name of SGH-T699. Since we already know where this device will be hanging its hat, there’s no surprise that it’s packing AWS, GPRS 850 and 1900 radio bands.

This isn’t the first time, we’ve seen this handset, but an official nod from the FCC puts us a few steps closer to a retail release. Aside from a wacky name, the Galaxy S Blaze Q is said to be packing a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, 720p display and a full QWERTY sliding keyboard.

Rumored to launch on August 15th, it’s good to see that T-Mobile hasn’t forgotten that some of its customers still prefer physical keyboards.
