Spotify For BlackBerry Now Available in App World

Spotify for BlackBerry has been floating around for a while now, but device support has been limited and it was only available directly from Spotify. Now, the application is reportedly available in RIM’s BlackBerry App World marketplace. CrackBerry first noticed the app and said that the app description states that Spotify will only work on BlackBerry OS 5 and BlackBerry 6 smartphones, but the site was able to get it up and running on a BlackBerry 7-powered Bold 9900 without an issue. We’re huge, huge fans of Spotify’s service here at TechnoBuffalo and highly recommend coughing up the $10 monthly fee for mobile device support. The BlackBerry version of Spotify also comes with a free 30 day trial, so head out and give it a whirl.
