Kirby’s Dream Collection for Wii Sucks Up Teaser Trailer

If you’ve been gaming for nearly 20 years, then odds are you know exactly how awesome classic Kirby platformers can be. Nintendo’s pink, puffy hero has been a fan favorite for two decades now, and the company has elected to celebrate his twentieth anniversary with Kirby’s Dream Collection.

The collection includes six Kirby games: Kirby’s Dream Land, Kirby’s Adventure, Kirby’s Dream Land 2, Kirby Super Star, Kirby’s Dream Land 3 and Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. Each game appears to be a direct port, so expect some framing while playing on your Wii.

The collection also features a few challenge games and a timeline centered around the history of Kirby’s titles and the world around.

The pricing and release date for this title has not been announced. It is a Wii game.

In case you’re wondering what the Nintendo media blowout is all about, considering that we’ve already had the Nintendo 3DS XL post go up and will have more media throughout the day, know that Nintendo held a small conference last night. Nintendo Direct aired online at midnight, EST. You can watch it in full right here. We’ll be tossing several individual videos from the showing as part of our news run today.
