HTC EVO 4G LTE owners have been experiencing issues with Google Wallet not working properly on their devices, a problem that Google has now confirmed. The troubling issues is a notification that Google Wallet isn’t certified “in your country or on your device / carrier.” This issue is believed to be a software issue with the phone’s NFC hardware and Google is working with Sprint and HTC to resolve this issue. Google hasn’t provided a date for the software fix, but has stated that it should be available soon. In the meantime you might want to hold off on loading money on your Google Wallet account until things are back in full swing.
