Leaked Nokia Vertu Handset Runs Windows Phone 8, Has SkyDrive Integration

Vertu running Windows Phone 8

Following those purported Windows Phone 8 screenshots we reported on yesterday, further images of Microsoft’s next-generation mobile platform have surfaced. What’s most interesting about these ones is that not only do they show integrated SkyDrive storage, but they also show Windows Phone running on a Nokia Vertu handset.

The images appeared on Chinese site WPXAP, and they show a Vertu handset with 64GB of internal running Windows Phone 8 Apollo, with SkyDrive cloud storage integration. Like yesterday’s shots, it’s hard to tell whether these are genuine. But they certainly look pretty convincing.

In addition to SkyDrive integration, previous Windows Phone 8 screenshots have shown Skype integration, new Nokia Drive 3.0 and DataSmart applications, and an overhauled Camera app.

Do you think this Vertu handset is genuine?
