Apple’s iOS 6 is still in beta form and is only available to developers, so we expect that it’s still loaded with flaws. That’s how OS releases work: Apple launches it to developers, gets feedback, fixes it up and launches it to consumers when it’s all good and ready. Business Insider noticed that the Maps application is riddled with errors. The oceans, for example, are in the wrong places: the North Pacific Ocean, for example, is floating over Africa. As I said above, this is why the release is still only available to developers and Apple will no doubt fix this long before it gets into consumers hands. Still, it’s a bit funny considering Apple ditched Google Maps for this.
