LG has finally made it official that the Optimus 4X HD will be launching through out various parts of Europe this month.
Announced via a company blog post today (in Korean), the rumors that the Optimus 4X HD would be launching in June are indeed true. First out of the gate will be Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Sweden and the Netherlands and LG is also promising some sort of “surprise” in connection with these launches, but absolutely no hints were given as to what it might be.
We went hands-on with the LG Optimus 4X HD last month at CTIA, and we found it to be a compelling option for anyone looking for alternatives to the Galaxy S III or the HTC One X. No word on when we might see it hitting the United States, but a release is sure to be forthcoming.
