DROID RAZR HD Benchmarked and Spec’d

Now that you’ve gotten a glimpse of what the Motorola DROID RAZR HD is going to look like, what about what’s under the hood? An anonymous user has submitted a benchmark through Nenamark of what appears to be a DROID RAZR HD. If in fact this is the real deal, then we can expect a 1196 x 720 resolution display, a 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor and Android 4.0.4 at the helm.

While this unannounced Verizon-bound handset seems to be shaping up nicely, there’s no telling exactly when we can expect a retail release. However, considering the recent run of rumors placing the Big Red’s version of the Galaxy S III sometime in early July, we’d highly doubt that the carrier would let these two powerhouses go head to head.
