The folks at Ubisoft took the stage during Microsoft’s E3 keynote and announced the sixth installment of the Splinter Cell franchise: Splinter Cell: Blacklist.
Along with a bit of a trailer, the game was also shown off via live gameplay. Most of it was straight forward Splinter Cell stuff we’ve come to know and love, but there was one particularly cool feature. Voice control was used in order to get the attention of an enemy, then he was taken down using another classic Splinter Cell take down. This seems to be a very cool way for developers to implement the Kinect platform into their games without completely altering the gameplay.
We can expect to see more from Splinter Cell: Blacklist throughout E3 2012. Stay tuned to TechnoBuffalo for our coverage of the show.
