Samsung’s Galaxy family tree seems to grow every hour on the hour and with no signs of slowing down. The Korean electronics kingpin is introducing yet another addition to its massive smartphone catalog. The Samsung Galaxy R Style appears to be a sequel to last year’s Samsung Galaxy R, but unlike its predecessor, the Style R is packing completely revamped internals. This South Korea-bound smartphone is 9.79mm thin and features a 4.3-inch 960 x 540 display, a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 16GB of internal memory, a 5-megapixel camera, a 2,000 mAh battery, Android 4.0 and did we mention LTE support? The Samsung Galaxy R Style is priced at 700,000 won (about $590) and is expected to hit retail later this year. Hopefully this stylish handset will someday strut its stuff on U.S. soil.
