Google Maps Update Adds Local Tab and Zagat Ratings

Google Maps has received an update today, which introduces as new tab to check out local hotspots, appropriately named “local.” In addition to keeping you abreast about what’s happening around town, this new update introduces Zagat scores and summaries to the mix. So, you can see utilize a wide range of local opinions before risking your lunch hour on that new deli that you’ve been debating on giving a try.
