Tim Cook On Siri: “We’re Doubling Down On It,” “We Have A Lot That Siri Can Do”

Apple SiriSpeaking during the D10 conference with Walt Mossberg and Kara Swisher, Apple CEO Tim Cook gave a bit of insight into what we can expect from Siri in the future. While he didn’t specifically dive into what improvements will be made, he did say that we can expect exciting new features from the product, which is currently in beta form.

“I think you’ll be really pleased with some of the things coming over the coming months,” Cook said. “The breadth of it. We have a lot that Siri can do… People have dreamed this up for years. And it’s here. Yes, it could be broader, but Siri as a feature has moved into the mainstream… We’re doubling down on it.”
