T-Mobile’s Huawei-Made myTouch Caught in the Wild

by Mark Hearn | May 29, 2012May 29, 2012 12:20 pm PDT

First there was HTC, then there was LG, now Huawei is up to bat with T-Mobile’s signature myTouch series. However, it seems that the China-based phone maker is borrowing a page out of HTC’s design playbook. In what bears a striking resemblance to the HTC Nexus One, T-Mobile’s next myTouch has been spotted in the wild and doesn’t appear to be too camera shy.

For those of you who are spec hounds, you can expect a 4-inch WVGA display, a 1.4GHz Qualcomm MSM8255T processor, 1GB RAM and 4GB of internal storage. Sure, it’s not the most luxurious device coming out of T-Mobile’s stable, but it definitely stays true to brand and formula. If you’re a magenta loyalist and you like what you see, rumor has it that this device can be yours on July 11th.
