T-Mobile announced on Wednesday that its highly affordable Prism Android smartphone is now available for $19.99 with a new two-year contract. We’ve reported on the Prism, a device made by Huawei, several times and early rumors suggested the phone would launch sometime this month. The Prism is very basic: It’s equipped with a 3.5-inch screen, a 3.2-megapixel camera and a 1,400mAh battery good for up to 6.5 hours of talk time. It also only supports T-Mobile’s 3G network, as opposed to its “4G” HSPA+ network. The phone is available from T-Mobile now.
