Carrier billing for Google Play has been around since the days of the Android Market. Google recently added support for carriers such as T-Mobile USA, NTT Docomo, KDDI and Softbank to allow customers to bill purchases of books, music, movies and apps to their monthly phone bill. Starting today, you can now add Sprint to this growing list of supported carriers. There’s still no word if AT&T and Verizon will follow suit, but we’re pretty sure that both carrier’s Android customer base would welcome this flexible option with open arms.
