Nokia Lumia 900 $100 Credit Only Applied to Upgrading AT&T Customer Accounts

If you’re one of the many AT&T customers that picked up the Nokia Lumia 900 before April 21st and were looking forward to receiving a $100 credit on your bill, you’re definitely not alone. However, as it turns out there was a bit of a catch to this offer. This promotion was intended for AT&T customers that upgraded to the Lumia 900, but didn’t apply to customers that purchased the phone outright at $450.

All hope may not be lost, however. The folks from WinSource note that one of its editors who purchased the Lumia 900 at full price contacted AT&T and was able to get their $100 credit after speaking with a customer service agent via web chat. This is by no means a guarantee that you’ll experience the same success, but if you’ve purchased this device and were expecting a service credit, it’s definitely worth a try.
