ASUS TransformerEven though we’re almost halfway through 2012, Asus is still continuing to push forward with support for its original Transformer. According to folks in the AndroidCentral¬†forums, an update labeled IML74K.US_epad-9.2.1.24-20120503 is currently being pushed out for the Tegra 2 variant, bringing with it Face Unlock and a host of bug fixes. Other features, according to one forum member, include a smaller Google icon on the home screen, system bar lock and a fix for flickering/tearing screens. It’s great to see Asus so committed to its early customer base with small fixes like this. Let us know if you’ve received the update.
