We already learned during Sprint’s first Network Vision session in October of last year that the company plans to deploy 15 4G LTE devices during 2012. During a follow-up event at CTIA 2012 in New Orleans on Wednesday, Sprint took the stage during a press breakfast and confirmed that it’s still on track to release 15 different LTE devices this year, but that a “majority” of them will be handsets. The carrier has already announced the HTC EVO 4G LTE, the LG Viper and the Galaxy Nexus smartphones, but it’s unclear what the next devices will be. Sprint also confirmed that a number of those first 15 devices will include tablets, data cards and USB modems.
