Google+ for iPhone Receives a Major UI Overhaul in 2.0 Update

by Mark Hearn | May 9, 2012May 9, 2012 3:45 pm PDT

If the iPhone happens to be your mode of transportation to the land of Google+, you’ll be happy to know that the social network that Google built has received quite a sublime update. Google+ 2.0 introduces a new almost metro user interface, which really places an emphasis on photos and fluidity, making the sterile whiteness from the last software bump seem like a bad dream. As for Google’s very own mobile OS, it’s being said that an Android update is slated to hit in the coming weeks with a “few extra surprises.” Seeing how El Goog has given its biggest competitor an earlier nod of support, we’re hoping that said surprises knock our socks off. Whether you’re ready to see what all the Buzz is about with Google’s social network, or you’re ready to bring your application to its latest version, you can do so by heading on over to the App Store.
