Sprint’s EVO 3D and EVO Design 4G May Get ICS This Month, Evidence Suggests

Back in February, HTC took to its Facebook page to shed some light on its Ice Cream Sandwich release plans and filed under “later this year” were Sprint’s EVO 3D and Design 4G. Well, here we are “later” in the year and Sprint has come clean on plans to re-release both the EVO 3D and Design 4G in prepaid fashion with Android 4.0 in tow, but what about their postpaid counterparts? As both devices are scheduled to release in a matter of weeks, it doesn’t take Sherlock Holmes’ deduction skills to figure out that both of these devices’ Sprint variants will be receiving Ice Cream Sandwich sometime soon. The question is, will early adopters that bought into these two smartphones via contract receive the software bump before those that struggle with commitment issues?
