I think it’s safe to say almost every smartphone user is eager to find out what Samsung’s Galaxy S III is going to bring. Whether or not we’re all Android users, it’s exciting to see what the next-generation of devices has in store. With that in mind, we’ll all be keeping a close eye on today’s Unpacked event in London.
But just in case you’d forgotten all about it (as if!), Samsung has sent out one final reminder. The notice follows the media invites that the Korean company began issuing last month, finally pinpointing the official unveiling of its next flagship handset — the one we’ve been speculating about for months on end.
Although we’re almost certain the device will be labeled ‘Galaxy S III’ and that it will feature Samsung’s new quad-core Exynos processor, its other specifics remain a mystery. Aside from numerous leaks — which may or may not be the real thing — Samsung has managed to keep a pretty tight lid on the handset leading up to its event.
All eyes will be on today’s event, then. I’ll be there to bring you all the news as it happens, so be sure to follow our live blog to find out what’s happening.
