Samsung Galaxy S III Calls Dibs on Android Flipboard, Others Will Have to Wait

As seen recently with the likes of Instagram, another popular iOS app is heading to Android. This time around it’s the award winning Flipboard. Now before you head on over to Google Play with the hopes of downloading, you should know that Samsung’s newly announced Galaxy S III has gained a time sensitive exclusivity for the popular app’s Android port. At a glance things like identical to the iOS version of Flipboard, with the most noticeable difference being the ability to use widgets on your phone’s homescreens. As for when other Android devices will gain access to this soon to be multi-platform app, Flipboard stated that “select” Android devices are slated to gain access in the “coming months.”
