T-Mobile just officially announced the Prism, an Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) device made by Huawei. Unlike most of T-Mobile’s phones of late, the Prism only supports the carrier’s 3G network. It also features a 3.5-inch HVGA touchscreen display and a 3.2-megapixel camera. The T-Mobile Prism is expected to launch in Best Buy stores on May 6, in Walmart on May 9 and in T-Mobile retail stores and online on May 23rd. The device offers a budget-friendly price of just $19.99 with a new two-year contract and after a $50 mail-in rebate. It will also be available for $149.99 without an annual contract.
