Android 4.0 Now Available for Telstra’s Samsung Galaxy S II

Galaxy S II owners on Telstra should have something to smile about. The official Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Australian carrier’s Samsung Galaxy S II is now available. If your handset hasn’t received the over-the-air push, you can snag the update via your phone’s settings. Packed as a bulky 200MB download, the new software bump also features a new layer of Samsung’s TouchWiz UI. You’ll still have to wait if you’re rocking the Galaxy S II 4G but hopefully this is a sign of things to come. If you’re among the first wave of GSII owners that have grabbed this update, feel free to let us know how it’s treating you in our comments below.
