If you hesitated to pre-order Sprint’s upcoming Galaxy Nexus, the opportunity has passed. According to the carrier’s Galaxy Nexus page, all “pre-order inventory has been spoken for.” And it only took three days after being announced. Sprint encourages folks to check back on April 22 when the handset officially launches nationally.
As a quick refresher, Sprint’s version of the Galaxy Nexus appears identical to Verizon’s offering. The device will come equipped with Android 4.0, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, a 4.65-inch Super AMOLED HD display, 5-megapixel rear camera and front-facing shooter for video chat, and NFC support (which isn’t fully supported on Verizon, in terms of Google Wallet). It’s not exactly clear how many units Sprint set aside for pre-orders, though it sounds like it’s being received quite well among the carrier’s customer base.
