The latest rumors are pointing to an announcement from Nikon on April 19. The equipment expected to be announced is the rumored 24-megapixel Nikon D3200 entry-level DSLR camera, and a WU-1a Wi-Fi accessory for the to go along with the camera. Should the Nikon D3200 sell for the current price of the Nikon D3100 that it will replace (~$550), the D3200 would have the highest pixel-per-dollar ration of any DSLR currently out in the market.
Another item that may be announced is the Nikon Nikkor AF-S 18-300 f/3.5-5.6G ED DX VR lens that was leaked on the Nikon Europe site a few weeks ago, which would go very well with the D3200. Most of the people that will buy the D3200 will probably want one lens to do it all, and super-zoom lenses would be the closest you can get to an all purpose lens.
