Sprint just announced pre-orders will begin later this month for one of its first 4G LTE phones, the LG Viper. The Viper — first announced during CES — offers a 4-inch WVGA display, a 5-megapixel camera, a VGA front-facing camera for video chat, NFC, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, a 1,700mAh battery, 50GB of free cloud-based storage from Box1 and a 4GB microSD card. Sprint Said the LG Viper will be available for pre-order on April 12th for $99 with a new two-year contract. Sprint said it will be available later this month from Sprint’s website, Best Buy and RadioShack. We assume that means it’s also going to light-up its 4G LTE network around that time.
