Fisker Atlantic Plugin Hybrid Spied

Fisker_Atlantic_1Fisker, maker of the plugin hybrid Karma, will be revealing the new Atlantic model at the upcoming New York Auto Show. The Fisker Atlantic, formerly codenamed ‘Nina’, has been officially spied on a Czech Auto Forum, bearing a similar resemblance to its older brother. However, the Atlantic is rumored to be half the price of the Karma, spanking the wallet with a $45,000-$55,000 estimated price tag.

Though details are few and far between, the Atlantic is said to rock a BMW turbocharged four-cylinder as its backup powerplant. Traces of the Karma’s snarling grill are revealed in the Atlantic’s facade, and the car’s triangular 10-spoke wheels give it a sporty appearance. And check out that multi-pane windowed roof! We’ll have more on the Fisker Atlantic as the news arrives!
