RIM CEO Thorsten Heins Plans to Get “Rid of High-Level Staff”

Moments ahead of RIM’s expected earnings release, The Globe and Mail announced that RIM’s CEO Thorsten Heins is planning to let go of “high-level staff.” The Globe and Mail¬†cites sources “close to the company.” RIM is expected to announce its fiscal fourth quarter earnings any minute now. The smartphone maker has received huge amounts of criticism for failing to keep up with rivals Google and Apple.
