If you were a victim of Apple’s abominable “antennagate” scandal in 2010, your relief is arriving in the form of a $15 payday. As a result of a class action lawsuit, iPhone4Settlement.com has gone live “to inform qualified individuals who are or were the original owner of an iPhone 4.” As always, restrictions apply: you must have either experienced an antenna or reception issue (duh); been unable to return your iPhone 4 without incurring any costs, etc. Perhaps the biggest news is the fact that folks who took advantage of the free bumper offer are still eligible to receive the small sum. Additionally, Class Members can still request a free bumper. Whichever route you take, it’s good to finally see this longstanding issue in the rearview. Personally, I never had an issue with dropped calls when I owned an iPhone 4 on AT&T, but maybe I was just holding it wrong.
