T-Mobile Price Hike

T-Mobile may increase the prices of its 5GB and 10GB monthly data plans beginning on April 4th. A screenshot obtained by TmoNews suggests that T-Mobile will begin offering both plans for $5 more than it currently does. Current T-Mobile USA subscribers need not fear, however. TmoNews said that the changes will only affect subscribers who sign up for the plans after April 4th. It also will not change the prices of T-Mobile’s Value Plan data features and the company will still offer its Smartphone HotSpot and Mobile Album Plus bundles with its Unlimited-Premium 5GB and 10GB plans. It’s clear that T-Mobile is trying to attract more consumers to its Value Plan options, which are cheaper but require that you bring your own phone or purchase one at full price.
