Galaxy S III Revealed? Samsung May Have Galaxy Emerge, Halo and Stellar in the Pipeline

Samsung may be preparing a few new additions to its Galaxy family of smartphones in the United States. The South Korea-based phone manufacturer has reportedly filed trademarks for the “Galaxy Emerge,” “Galaxy Halo” and “Galaxy Stellar” with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). If I was a betting man (I once lost $15 on Blackjack in Vegas) I’d bet on these names being used for Samsung’s Galaxy S III devices on various carriers. The Galaxy S II originally launched on T-Mobile, AT&T and Sprint, so just having three names lines up with the previous launch, unless Verizon jumps into the game this time. But, Samsung has yet to announce the phone and I think we’re a few months out from hearing anything official, so I could be getting ahead of myself.
