The dungeon crawler makes use of the new resolution which, as Capps indicated, is better than what gamers are seeing from both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Capps even made the same suggestion for the iPad’s new memory.
Infinity Blade: Dungeons will, of course, make use of the Unreal Engine. The game will feature hack ‘n’ slash goodness, as well as a new crafting system. As Mike Capps indicated after the event on Twitter, this game isn’t just an on-rails experience.
“IBD isn’t on rails, sir. It’s a dungeon crawler inspired by Diablo gameplay.”
The title does not have a release date or price points yet, just that it is coming soon. As more for the game is revealed, we’ll have it.
