Apple Claims Victory Against Motorola Devices in Germany

Motorola and AppleApple on Thursday recorded another court victory in Germany for its patent that covers any “portable electronic device for photo management. According to FOSSPatents, Motorola was found to have infringed on Apple’s patent that uses zoomed-in page turning while browsing pictures in the photo gallery. Apple previously saw victory over Samsung in the Netherlands for the same thing, but the Korean-based company merely modified its code to avoid a ban. Motorola can just as easily do the same thing. If not, any infringing devices from Motorola in Germany face a recall and subsequent destroying.
