Nokia Lowers Requirements for Windows Phone

Nokia just said that it has lowered the requirements for Windows Phone, which grows the total addressable market of Windows Phone more than 60 percent. The new requirements will allow Nokia to spread the phone to emerging markets. That’s a pretty impressive move, although it’s unclear whether or not this move involves Windows Phone Tango or if Nokia has its own deal with Microsoft.
