Samsung Galaxy Beam

We literally just touched down in Geneva, Switzerland and are awaiting a flight to Barcelona for Mobile World Congress but it looks like Samsung has already started announcing a few new products. Among the announcements is the Galaxy Beam. The Galaxy Beam includes a full projector on the top which allows you to ¬†project content onto your wall. It runs Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and supports HSPA 14.4Mbps/5.76Mbps data speeds. It’s also equipped with a 4-inch display with an 800 x 480-pixel resolution, a dual-core processor clocked at 1GHz, a 5-megapixel camera, a secondary front-facing 1.3-megapixel camera for video chat, 8GB of internal storage and a 2,000mAh battery. We can’t wait to see how the projector performs, so stay tuned for our hands-on impressions as soon as we get our fingers on a unit.
