Nokia’s CEO Stephen Elop just took the stage during Mobile World Congress and announced an international version of its Lumia 900 flagship Windows Phone device. Canada’s Rogers carrier will carry the device with full LTE support. Nokia added that it will also launch the phone in additional countries around the world with HSPA+ dual-carrier support with 42Mbps data speeds. It offers the same 1800mAh battery and the same Windows Phone experience as AT&T’s version.
