We’ve seen the Xperia S show up for pre-order across the pond on Clove U.K., and now it looks like interested parties can get in on the action in the United States, too. A listing on NegriElectronics has pegged the unlocked device at $634.50 — on a par with overseas pricing for the phone — and identifies an estimated ship date of March 9th
The Xperia S boasts a pretty impressive feature set, including a Reality Display, a 12-megapixel camera and support for NFC for use with Sony’s Xperia Smart Tags. The device is also PlayStation-Certified for all you gamers out there. In addition, the Xperia S packs HDMI-out connectivity, a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor and 1GB RAM.
TechnoBuffalo had a brief hands-on early last month during CES and came away excited with the phone’s hardware. Hopefully we’ll have an unlocked Xperia S of our very own soon. Once we do, we’ll be sure to bring you an unboxing video and much more coverage, including a full review.
